We can file your documents in any Court in the United States. There are two convenient ways for you to provide us with your documents to file with the Court.
The first way is by placing an order requesting for a court runner to pick up the documents from your office and running these to the Court. Upon filing completion, the court runner will promptly return to you a conformed copy set for your records. The conformed copy set will serve as proof of your filing with the Court. It is recommended to attach conformed copies to every filing.​
The second way you may provide us with your documents is by scanning and emailing them to us at support@bfrmlegal.net. This is by far the most convenient way of having your filings completed. Emailing your documents helps you save on messenger, toner and paper costs. Reducing the cost of filing by 50% or more. Some documents and courts require you to file your documents with original signatures. We suggest you give us a call or email us to discuss your filing and the procedures.
​E-FILING: Several Courts are now mandating that documents be E-Filed. Though this is convenient, there's possibilities for error when attempting to E-File on your own if you're not very familiar with E-Filing. BFRM LEGAL SUPPORT SERVICES is well versed on E-Filing. We can handle the complexities that come with E-Filing. We will relieve you of all the worries and concerns if you allow us to E-file for you. When you forward your documents to us, consider your E-Filing done. Conformed copies will always be provided for your records.
COURT DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL AND RESEARCH
Our team of Court Specialist is highly skilled at pulling court files whenever you need. Our team is capable of pulling files from any Court, County Recorder Office and facilities that archive documents. Essentially, what we do is, send a Research Specialist to the desired Court, Public entity or government office to look through files and pull the documents needed. The documents are then copied and sent to your office via courier or email in PDF format. Summons, Complaint, Subpoenas and some other documents, require a licensed process server in order to be properly served. Allow a licensed and knowledgeable process server to serve the mentioned legal documents. We can arrange for a process server to serve your documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At any time of the day you may request a courier for a delivery. This service is provided in the following counties; Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orange County, The Inland Empire, The Antelope Valley, Boston Massachusetts, Miami Florida, Tampa Florida and Las Vegas, Nevada.
